Phenicia Concept has a specialized workshop for cleaning and repairs. The process begins with an assessment of the rug’s condition by experts who determine what repairs are needed and provide a service estimate. Once approved by the client, the repairs are done by hand in our workshop.

Rug cleaning is essential to maintaining them in good condition and prolonging their lifespan. After cleaning, the rug is properly dried. We use specific products and techniques to preserve the fibers and ensure perfect results.
